    Kimberley takes great pride in her role as an SFL educator and trainer in the fitness industry for over 12 years. She graduated from UBC-O (University of British Columbia) with a Degree major in Marketing and Minor in International Economics. She specializes in strength and weight training but completed both 200 hour Yoga cert with 200 hour additional workshops and Stott Pilates. Along with Colleen she has run an International Fitness Retreat and is the only trainer in Canada certified in Iron Yoga.
