This program is catered towards kids age 9+ and teaches them the fundamentals of fitness while having fun. They will work on speed, agility, strength, core and cardio, while learning form. The group dynamic creates a fun team atmosphere and they create healthy likeminded friendships.

Soccer Sports Academy

Thursday- Sports Academy. This is catered to 11+ and is for kids looking to enhance their sports. This has been for kids looking to improve agility for soccer, speed and strength for biking, stamina and full body for swimming, grip for climbing and legs for biking. It is a more rigorous workout looking at weekly progression while working on flexability and stamina.

Pirates Senior Dryland Program

Mondays & Thursdays

This program was designed specifically for Competitive Swimmers to enhance their water days with Dryland Training. This program is for the Pirates Competitive Swim club.

Ski Fit Dryland 15+

Starts back in late September

Monday 6:30 pm

Wednesday 6:30 pm

This sports program is a Dryland program for any and all ski kids. It is a full body workout and a fantastic cardiovascular workout. This program is about speed and strength for skiing in a dryland setting.
